National Assembly Secretariat Act, Article 9 (Duties of Expert Members)

① 수석전문위원은 소속 위원회 위원장의 지휘를 받아 그 업무를 처리하고, 그 위원회 소속 공무원을 지휘ㆍ감독한다.
