Act on the Appointment, etc. of Military Judge Advocates, Article 3 ((Qualifications for Appointment))

군법무관은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 임용한다.

2. 판사, 검사 또는 변호사 자격이 있는 사람
