Enforcement Decree of the Protection of Military Bases and Installations Act, Article 17 (Composition and Operation of the Military Base and Installation Protection Deliberation Committee of the Competent Unit or Managing Unit)

① 법 제15조제3항에 따른 관할부대 또는 관리부대 군사기지 및 군사시설 보호 심의위원회(이하 "관할부대심의위원회"라 한다)의 위원장은 관할부대 또는 관리부대의 부지휘관 또는 참모장이 되고, 위원은 심의안건을 고려하여 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 관할부대장등이 지명하는 사람으로 한다. <개정 2016.7.19, 2017.7.26, 2019.6.25, 2025.10.1>

가. 법 제13조제3항에 따른 사전상담 결과에 동의하지 아니하는 사항

③ 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 관할부대심의위원회의 운영에 관하여는 제15조제2항부터 제5항까지의 규정을 준용한다. 이 경우 "국방부의 군사기지 및 군사시설 보호업무를 담당하는 과장"은 "관할부대 또는 관리부대의 군사기지 및 군사시설 보호업무를 담당하는 자 중에서 위원장이 지명하는 자"로 본다.
