군인보수법 제11조(복무기간의 계산)

① 제7조와 제8조에 따른 복무기간은 장교ㆍ준사관 및 부사관으로 각각 임용된 날부터 기산한다.

② 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기간은 복무기간에 산입하지 아니한다. <개정 2020.2.4>

③ 제2항제2호에도 불구하고 「군인사법」 제48조제3항제4호에 따른 휴직기간은 복무기간에 산입한다. 다만, 자녀 1명에 대한 총 휴직기간이 1년을 넘는 경우에는 최초의 1년만 산입하되, 셋째 이후 자녀에 대한 휴직기간은 전 기간을 산입한다. <개정 2014.3.11>
