기상법 시행령 제21조(항공 기상정보 사용료의 징수 등)

① 법 제37조제1항에 따라 항공 기상업무를 수행하는 기관의 장은 국토교통부장관과 협의하여 항공기가 대한민국 공항에 착륙하거나 인천비행정보구역을 통과하는 경우 매 운항 시 항공 기상정보 사용료를 부과ㆍ징수한다. <개정 2012.3.30, 2013.3.23, 2018.4.17>

② 기상청장은 제1항에 따른 항공 기상정보 사용료, 산정내역 및 그 징수방법을 관보에 고시하고 항공 기상업무를 수행하는 기관의 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시하도록 하여야 한다. <신설 2012.3.30>

③법 제37조제2항에 따라 항공기상업무를 수행하는 기관의 장은 다음 각 호의 수익사업을 할 수 있다. <개정 2012.3.30>
