법 제22조제1항에 따라 검사를 하려는 공무원은 검사 7일 전까지 검사의 일시, 목적, 내용 등을 포함한 검사 계획을 검사대상자에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급히 검사할 필요가 있거나 사전에 알리면 검사목적을 달성할 수 없다고 인정될 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.
