기업부설연구소등의 연구개발 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제18조(고유식별정보의 처리)
Enforcement Decree of the Act on Support for Research and Development of Corporate Research Institutes, etc., Article 18 (Processing of Personally Identifiable Information)
과학기술정보통신부장관(제16조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 과학기술정보통신부장관의 업무를 위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제19조제1호에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 같은 조 제4호에 따른 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다.
Where unavoidable in order to perform the following affairs, the Minister of Science and ICT (including a person entrusted with the Minister's work under Article 16 (1) and (2)) may process data containing resident registration numbers under Article 19, subparagraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act or foreigner registration numbers under subparagraph 4 of that Article:
1. 법 제7조제1항에 따른 기업부설연구소등의 인정에 관한 사무
1. Affairs concerning recognition of corporate research institutes, etc. under Article 7 (1) of the Act;
2. 법 제7조제4항에 따른 기업부설연구소등의 변경신고에 관한 사무
2. Affairs concerning change reports of corporate research institutes, etc. under Article 7 (4) of the Act;
3. 법 제8조제1항에 따른 기업부설연구소등의 인정 취소에 관한 사무
3. Affairs concerning revocation of recognition of corporate research institutes, etc. under Article 8 (1) of the Act;
4. 법 제23조제1항 전단에 따른 관련 전산정보망 또는 자료의 이용 및 제공 요청에 관한 사무
4. Affairs concerning requests for use and provision of related computer networks or data under the first sentence of Article 23 (1) of the Act.
