내수면어업법 시행령 제16조(보상의 청구)

① 법 제21조제1항에 따라 보상을 받으려는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 청구서에 손실을 증명할 수 있는 서류를 첨부하여 그 처분을 한 행정관청에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2015.12.30>

② 행정관청은 제1항에 따라 청구서를 받으면 그 내용을 조사ㆍ검토한 후 그에 관한 의견서를 해당 보상신청인과 「수산업법」 제88조제2항에 따른 수익자(수익자가 있는 경우만 해당한다. 이하 같다)에게 보내야 한다. <개정 2023.1.10>
