노동조합 및 노동관계조정법 시행령 제11조의5(위원회 위원의 임기)

① 위원회 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

② 위원회의 위원이 궐위된 경우에 보궐위원의 임기는 전임자(前任者) 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.

(2) Where웨어 a어 Committee커미티 member's멤버즈 position퍼지션 becomes비컴즈 vacant,^v베이컨트 the^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 the^ð더 replacement^r리플레이스먼트 member멤버 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 remainder^r리메인더 of어^v브 the^ð더 predecessor's프^r레더세서즈 term.텀

③ 위원회의 위원은 임기가 끝났더라도 후임자가 위촉될 때까지 계속하여 그 직무를 수행한다.
