노후준비 지원법 시행령 제15조(연금보험등 정보의 요청 등)

① 보건복지부장관은 법 제16조제1항에 따라 「금융실명거래 및 비밀보장에 관한 법률」에 따른 금융회사등(이하 "금융회사등"이라 한다) 및 중앙행정기관, 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」에 따른 공공기관에 같은 조 제1항에 따른 연금보험등 정보(이하 "연금보험등정보"라 한다)를 요청하는 경우에는 노후준비서비스 신청자의 성명, 주민등록번호 및 조회의 기준일을 제공하여야 한다. <개정 2022.6.21>

② 보건복지부장관은 금융회사등이 가입한 협회, 연합회 또는 중앙회가 정보통신망으로 연금보험등정보에 관한 사항을 관리하는 경우에는 정보통신망을 이용하여 해당 금융회사등의 장에게 연금보험등정보를 제공하도록 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2022.6.21>
