노후준비 지원법 시행령 제7조(중앙센터의 지정 및 운영 등)

① 보건복지부장관은 법 제9조제1항에 따라 노후준비서비스 기획, 교육, 정보시스템 운영, 조사ㆍ연구 등을 담당하는 국민연금공단의 부서를 중앙센터로 지정한다. <개정 2024.7.2>

(1) Pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 9 (1) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 shall섈 designate데저그네잇 as애즈 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Center센터 a어 department디파트먼트 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Pension펜션 Service서^v비스 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 planning플래닝 retirement^r리타이어먼트 preparation프^r레퍼^r레이션 services,서^v버시즈 education,에저케이션 operating아퍼^r레이팅 the^ð디 information인^f퍼메이션 system,시스텀 and앤드 surveys서^v베이즈 and앤드 research.^r리서치

② 중앙센터의 장은 노후준비서비스 직무를 관장하는 국민연금공단의 상임이사가 된다.

(2) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Center센터 shall섈 be비 the^ð디 executive이그제큐티^v브 director더^r렉터 of어^v브 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Pension펜션 Service서^v비스 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 retirement^r리타이어먼트 preparation프^r레퍼^r레이션 service서^v비스 duties.두티즈

③ 중앙센터의 장은 법 제9조제2항에 따라 매 회계연도의 사업계획 및 예산안을 회계연도가 시작되기 2개월 전까지 보건복지부장관에게 제출하여야 한다.

(3) Pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 9 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Center센터 shall섈 submit서브밋 the^ð더 business비즈니스 plan플랜 and앤드 draft드^r래^f프트 budget버짓 for^f포 each이치 fiscal^f피스클 year이어 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 by바이 two투 months먼^θ쓰 before비^f포 the^ð더 start스타트 of어^v브 the^ð더 fiscal^f피스클 year.이어

④ 중앙센터의 장은 법 제9조제2항에 따라 해당 회계연도의 결산서를 다음 연도 2월 말일까지 보건복지부장관에게 제출하여야 한다.

(4) Pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 9 (2) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Center센터 shall섈 submit서브밋 the^ð더 settlement세털먼트 statement스테잇먼트 for^f포 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 fiscal^f피스클 year이어 to투 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 by바이 the^ð디 end엔드 of어^v브 February^f페벼웨^r리 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 year.이어

⑤ 보건복지부장관은 제3항에 따라 제출된 사업계획 및 예산안을 회계연도가 시작되기 전까지, 제4항에 따라 제출된 결산서를 회계연도의 다음 연도 3월 31일까지 각각 승인하여야 한다.

(5) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 shall섈 approve어프^r루^v브 the^ð더 business비즈니스 plan플랜 and앤드 draft드^r래^f프트 budget버짓 submitted서브미티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3) before비^f포 the^ð더 start스타트 of어^v브 the^ð더 fiscal^f피스클 year,이어 and앤드 the^ð더 settlement세털먼트 statement스테잇먼트 submitted서브미티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4) by바이 March마치 31 of어^v브 the^ð더 year이어 following^f팔로잉 the^ð더 fiscal^f피스클 year.이어

⑥ 중앙센터의 장은 법 제9조제2항에 따라 같은 조 제1항의 사업실적을 회계연도가 끝난 다음 연도 2월 말일까지 보건복지부장관에게 보고하여야 한다.
