녹색건축물 조성 지원법 시행령 제3조(녹색건축물 기본계획의 고시)

국토교통부장관은 법 제6조제1항에 따라 녹색건축물 기본계획(이하 "기본계획"이라 한다)을 수립한 경우에는 기본계획의 목적 및 주요 내용을 관보에 고시하여야 하며, 기본계획을 변경한 경우에는 그 변경사유 및 주요 변경내용을 관보에 고시하여야 한다.
