농림수산업자 신용보증법 시행령 제4조(농림수산업계대표인 위원)

①금융위원회는 법 제3조제2항제9호에 따른 위원의 임기가 만료되는 경우에는 늦어도 그 임기만료 20일전까지 후임자를 위촉하여야 한다. <개정 2001.7.24, 2011.8.19, 2014.7.7>
