농약관리법 시행령 제8조(직권에 의한 품목등록변경관련 약해시험등)

①농촌진흥청장은 법 제14조제2항에 따라 해당 품목의 등록사항을 변경하거나 그 품목의 등록을 취소하기 위하여 확인이 필요한 경우와 법 제14조제7항에 따라 병해충 방제나 농작물의 생리기능 증진ㆍ억제를 위하여 등록사항을 변경하기 위한 확인이 필요한 경우에는 직권으로 약해(藥害) 또는 적용대상 병해충의 범위 등에 관한 시험을 실시할 수 있다. <개정 2012.1.25, 2018.10.30, 2024.4.16>

②산림청장ㆍ농림축산검역본부장 또는 농촌진흥청 소속기관의 장은 수목 또는 수출입식물이나 재배면적이 적은 농작물에 대한 병해충의 방제를 위하여 필요한 경우에는 농촌진흥청장에게 제1항의 규정에 의한 적용병해충 범위등에 관한 시험을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2003.6.25, 2007.11.30, 2011.6.7, 2013.3.23>
