농어업ㆍ농어촌특별위원회 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제4조(위원의 임기)

① 제3조제3항제2호에 따른 위원(이하 "위촉위원"이라 한다)의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 연임할 수 있다. 다만, 위원의 사임 등으로 새로 위촉된 위원의 임기는 전임위원 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.

② 위촉위원은 제1항에 따른 임기가 만료된 경우에도 후임위원이 위촉될 때까지 그 직무를 수행할 수 있다.
