농업협동조합법 시행령 제30조의4(우선출자자 총회)

① 중앙회는 정관이 변경되어 우선출자자에게 손해를 미치게 되는 경우에는 우선출자자 총회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 우선출자자 총회의 의결은 발행한 우선출자 총좌수의 과반수의 출석과 출석한 출자좌수의 3분의 2 이상의 찬성이 있어야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 우선출자자 총회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.
