농업협동조합법 시행령 제30조의3(우선출자의 양도)

① 우선출자는 양도할 수 있다. 다만, 증권 발행 전의 양도는 중앙회에 대하여 효력이 없다.

② 우선출자를 양도할 때에는 증권을 내주어야 한다.

③ 증권의 점유자는 적법한 소지인으로 추정한다.

(3) A어 possessor퍼제서 of어^v브 a어 certificate서티^f피컷 shall섈 be비 presumed프^r러줌드 to투 be비 the^ð더 lawful로^f플 holder.호울더

④ 증권의 명의변경은 취득자의 성명과 주소를 우선출자자 명부에 등록하고 그 성명을 증권에 적지 아니하면 중앙회나 그 밖의 제3자에게 대항하지 못한다.

⑤ 증권을 질권(質權)의 목적으로 하는 경우에는 질권자의 성명과 주소를 우선출자자 명부에 등록하지 아니하면 중앙회나 그 밖의 제3자에게 대항하지 못한다.
