대도시권 광역교통 관리에 관한 특별법 시행령 제15조(사업계획수립 등의 통보)

관계 행정기관의 장(관계 행정기관의 장의 권한을 위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 법 제11조제1항 각 호의 사업계획을 수립하거나 준공완료한 때 또는 그에 관한 승인ㆍ인가ㆍ허가ㆍ준공검사ㆍ사용검사를 한 때(변경의 경우를 포함한다)에는 관할 시ㆍ도지사에게 그 사실을 통보하여야 한다.
