Enforcement Decree of the Act on Registration of Credit Business and Protection of Finance Users, Article 11-2 (Association of Credit Business and Credit Brokerage Business)

① 법 제18조의2제4항에 따라 협회는 정관을 작성하여 금융위원회의 인가를 받은 날부터 2주일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 하여야 한다. <개정 2016.7.6>
