대통령기록물 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제6조의2(유출된 대통령기록물의 회수 방법)

① 대통령기록물생산기관의 장 및 대통령기록관의 장은 관할 대통령기록물이 유출되었을 경우에는 법 제12조제1항에 따라 유출된 대통령기록물을 보유하고 있는 자에게 문서로 대통령기록물을 인계할 것을 통보해야 한다.

② 대통령기록물생산기관의 장 및 대통령기록관의 장은 유출된 대통령기록물을 회수하는 경우에는 대통령기록물이 훼손되지 않도록 보존상자에 포장하는 등 보존 조치를 해야 한다.
