대통령 등의 경호에 관한 법률 시행령 제19조(경력평정)

①제21조제1항의 승진소요최저연수에 도달한 5급 이하 경호공무원과 일반직공무원에 대하여는 그 경력을 평정하여 승진임용에 반영하여야 한다. <개정 2005.6.30, 2013.11.20>

②경력평정은 해당 직급, 하위직급 및 차하위직급의 재직기간을 평정기간으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 period피^r리어드 of어^v브 career커^r리어 rating^r레이팅 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 period피^r리어드 of어^v브 service서^v비스 in인 the^ð더 relevant^r렐러^v번트 grade,그^r레이드 the^ð더 lower로워 grade,그^r레이드 and앤드 the^ð더 next넥스트 lower로워 grade.그^r레이드

③ 휴직기간, 직위해제기간 및 정직기간은 제2항의 경력평정 대상기간에 포함하지 아니한다. 다만, 「공무원임용령」 제31조제2항제1호 및 제2호에 따라 승진소요최저연수에 포함하는 휴직기간과 직위해제기간은 각각 휴직 또는 직위해제 당시의 직급 또는 계급의 직무에 종사한 기간으로 보아 제2항의 경력평정 대상기간에 포함한다. <개정 2018.12.18>
