대통령 등의 경호에 관한 법률 시행령 제4조의4(국가중요시설 등에 대한 인력 배치 등)

① 법 제5조의2제5항에 따른 인력 배치 및 장비 운용은 같은 항에 따른 협의를 거친 후 경호구역 내에서는 경호ㆍ안전 대책기구의 장이, 경호구역 외의 지역에서는 해당 국가중요시설 또는 불특정 다수인이 이용하는 시설의 안전관리를 담당하는 관계기관의 장이 각각 주관하여 실시한다.

② 법 제5조의2제5항에 따른 인력 배치 및 장비 운용 기간은 다자간 정상회의별로 6개월을 초과할 수 없다.
