대통령 등의 경호에 관한 법률 시행령 제9조의2(임용 직원의 임용 자격 확인 등)

① 처장은 법 제8조제1항에 따라 직원을 임용할 때에는 임용 대상자의 건강 상태, 사상의 건전성, 품행 및 제9조의 학력ㆍ자격ㆍ경력을 확인하기 위하여 임용 대상자에게 신원진술서, 학력증명서, 경력증명서, 건강진단서, 「가족관계의 등록 등에 관한 법률」에서 정하는 증명서와 그 밖에 필요한 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>
