대통령직 인수에 관한 법률 제15조(벌칙 적용 시의 공무원 의제)

위원회의 위원장ㆍ부위원장ㆍ위원 및 직원과 그 직에 있었던 사람 중 공무원이 아닌 사람은 위원회의 업무와 관련하여 「형법」이나 그 밖의 법률에 따른 벌칙을 적용할 때에는 공무원으로 본다.
