대한민국과 아메리카합중국 간의 상호방위조약 제4조에 의한 시설과 구역 및 대한민국에서의 합중국 군대의 지위에 관한 협정의 시행에 관한 형사특별법 제2조(위증 등)

① 「대한민국과 아메리카합중국 간의 상호방위조약 제4조에 의한 시설과 구역 및 대한민국에서의 합중국 군대의 지위에 관한 협정」(이하 "협정"이라 한다)에 따른 아메리카합중국 군대의 군법회의(이하 "합중국군법회의"라 한다)에서 허위(虛僞)로 증언, 감정, 통역 또는 번역을 한 사람은 「형법」 제152조부터 제154조까지의 예에 따라 처벌한다.

② 합중국군법회의가 재판권을 행사하는 형사사건에 관한 증거를 인멸, 은닉, 위조 또는 변조하거나 위조 또는 변조한 증거를 사용한 사람과 증인을 은닉 또는 도피하게 한 사람은 「형법」 제155조의 예에 따라 처벌한다.
