대한민국국기법 제7조(국기의 깃면, 깃봉, 깃대 등)

①국기는 가운데의 태극(太極)과 네 모서리의 건곤감리 [표·그림: 원문 참고] (건:?,乾:, 坤:, 坎:, 離:)</img> 4괘(卦)로 구성한다.

②국기의 깃면은 그 바탕을 흰색으로 하고, 태극의 윗부분과 아랫부분은 각각 빨간색과 파란색으로 하며, 괘는 검은색으로 한다.

③국기의 깃면의 길이와 너비는 3대 2의 비례로 한다. 다만, 경축행사 등 대통령령이 정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

④국기의 깃봉은 아랫부분에 꽃받침 다섯 편이 있는 둥근 무궁화봉오리 모양으로 하며, 그 색은 황금색으로 한다.

⑤국기의 깃대는 견고한 재질로 만들고, 그 색은 흰색ㆍ은백색ㆍ연두색 또는 이와 유사한 색으로 한다.
