Korea Local Administration Mutual Aid Association Act, Article 5 (Articles of Incorporation)

① 공제회의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

② 정관의 변경은 대의원회의 결의를 거쳐 행정안전부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
