도로교통법 시행규칙 제148조(과태료 징수수수료)

영 제88조제8항에 따라 과태료의 징수를 차적지의 특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ제주특별자치도지사 또는 구청장등에게 의뢰한 경우의 징수수수료는 징수된 과태료의 100분의 30으로 한다. <개정 2008.6.20, 2010.12.31, 2013.12.30>
