Enforcement Decree of the Road Traffic Act, Article 60 (Registration of Driving Schools)

① 법 제99조에 따라 자동차운전학원(이하 "학원"이라 한다)을 설립ㆍ운영하려는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 등록신청서에 학원의 운영 등에 관한 원칙을 적은 서류 등 행정안전부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 시ㆍ도경찰청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2020.12.31>
