도선법 제13조(정보의 제공 등)

① 선장은 도선사가 도선할 선박에 승선한 경우에는 그 선박의 제원(諸元), 흘수(吃水), 기관(機關)의 상태, 그 밖에 도선에 필요한 자료를 도선사에게 제공하고 설명하여야 한다. <개정 2017.3.21>

② 도선사는 도선할 선박의 선장에게 항만의 특성, 도선 시 해당 선박의 이동 경로와 속도, 접안(接岸) 방법, 예선(曳船)의 배치 등을 포함한 도선계획을 제공하고 설명하여야 한다. <신설 2017.3.21>
