Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, Article 28 (Disclosure of the Status of Business Groups)
① 공시대상기업집단에 속하는 국내 회사 중 자산총액 등이 대통령령으로 정하는 기준에 해당하는 회사는 그 기업집단의 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 공시하여야 한다.
(1) Among domestic companies belonging to a business group subject to disclosure, a company whose total assets or the like meet the criteria prescribed by Presidential Decree shall disclose the matters prescribed by Presidential Decree that fall under any of the following subparagraphs concerning the business group:
1. 일반 현황
1. General status;
2. 주식소유 현황
2. Status of share ownership;
3. 지주회사등이 아닌 국내 계열회사 현황[지주회사등의 자산총액 합계액이 기업집단 소속 국내 회사의 자산총액(금융업 또는 보험업을 영위하는 회사의 경우에는 자본총액 또는 자본금 중 큰 금액으로 한다) 합계액의 100분의 50 이상인 경우로 한정한다]
3. Status of domestic affiliates that are not holding companies, etc. [limited to cases where the total assets of the holding companies, etc. amount to 50/100 or more of the total assets of domestic companies belonging to the business group (for a company engaged in financial business or insurance business, the larger of its total equity or its capital)];
4. 2개의 국내 계열회사가 서로의 주식을 취득 또는 소유하고 있는 상호출자 현황
4. Status of cross-shareholdings in which two domestic affiliates have acquired or own each other's shares;
5. 순환출자 현황

7. Whether voting rights have been exercised for the shares of domestic affiliates acquired or owned (excluding the exercise of voting rights for the shares of companies engaged in financial business or insurance business);

8. Status of transactions with specially related persons.
② 공시대상기업집단에 속하는 회사를 지배하는 동일인은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항을 공시하여야 한다. 다만, 동일인이 의식불명 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사유로 공시할 수 없는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
(2) The same person controlling a company belonging to a business group subject to disclosure shall disclose any of the following matters. However, this shall not apply where the same person is unable to make the disclosure for reasons prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as loss of consciousness:
1. 특수관계인(자연인인 동일인 및 그 친족만을 말한다. 이하 이 호에서 같다)이 단독으로 또는 다른 특수관계인과 합하여 발행주식총수의 100분의 20 이상의 주식을 소유한 국외 계열회사의 주주 구성 등 대통령령으로 정하는 사항
1. Matters prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as the shareholder composition of a foreign affiliate in which specially related persons (meaning only the same person who is a natural person and the same person's relatives; the same applies hereinafter in this subparagraph), alone or together with other specially related persons, own 20/100 or more of the total issued shares;
2. 공시대상기업집단에 속하는 국내 회사의 주식을 직접 또는 대통령령으로 정하는 방법으로 소유하고 있는 국외 계열회사의 주식소유 현황 등에 관한 사항으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사항 및 그 국외 계열회사가 하나 이상 포함된 순환출자 현황
2. Matters prescribed by Presidential Decree concerning the status of share ownership of foreign affiliates that own shares of domestic companies belonging to the business group subject to disclosure directly or by a method prescribed by Presidential Decree, and the status of circular shareholding that includes one or more of those foreign affiliates.
③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 공시에 관하여는 제26조제2항 및 제3항을 준용한다.
(3) Article 26 (2) and (3) shall apply mutatis mutandis to disclosures under paragraphs (1) and (2).
④ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 공시의 시기ㆍ방법 및 절차에 관하여 제3항에 규정된 것 외에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
(4) Except as provided in paragraph (3), matters necessary for the timing, method, and procedures of disclosure under paragraphs (1) and (2) shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
