디자인보호법 제93조(등록디자인의 보호범위)

등록디자인의 보호범위는 디자인등록출원서의 기재사항 및 그 출원서에 첨부된 도면ㆍ사진 또는 견본과 도면에 적힌 디자인의 설명에 따라 표현된 디자인에 의하여 정하여진다.
