마약류 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제27조(허가의 경합)

동일인이 두 종류 이상의 법 제6조제1항에 따른 마약류취급자의 허가 또는 법 제6조의2제1항에 따른 원료물질의 수출입업 또는 제조업의 허가를 받은 경우에는 마약류취급자 또는 법 제7조제1항 전단에 따른 원료물질수출입업자등(이하 "원료물질수출입업자등"이라 한다)에 관한 규정을 적용할 때 각 허가별로 별개의 마약류취급자 또는 원료물질수출입업자등으로 본다. <개정 2019.3.12>
