마약류 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조의5(마약류 통합정보의 가공 및 활용)

① 식품의약품안전처장 및 통합정보센터의 장은 법 제11조의5에 따라 마약류 통합정보(개인정보는 제외한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)의 효율적 가공ㆍ활용을 위해 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 관계 행정기관, 공공기관, 법인ㆍ단체 또는 전문가 등에게 의견이나 자료의 제출 등 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다.

② 식품의약품안전처장 및 통합정보센터의 장은 마약류통합관리시스템을 통해 마약류 통합정보를 가공하여 활용할 수 있으며, 해당 마약류 통합정보를 가공하는 경우에도 그 활용 목적 등을 고려하여 해당 통합정보의 안전성에 지장을 초래하지 않는 범위에서 가공해야 한다.

③ 식품의약품안전처장 및 통합정보센터의 장은 법 제11조의5에 따라 마약류 오남용에 관한 통계 자료 등을 제공받은 자에 대해서는 해당 통계 자료 등을 활용하여 달성한 업무 실적이나 그 결과물 등을 제출해 줄 것을 요청할 수 있다.
