매장유산 보호 및 조사에 관한 법률 시행령 제18조(발견신고된 국가유산의 소유권 판정 절차)

① 법 제20조제1항에 따라 국가유산의 소유권을 판정받으려는 자는 법 제18조제2항 및 제19조제1항에 따른 공고 후 90일 이내에 해당 국가유산의 소유자임을 증명할 수 있는 자료를 첨부하여 국가유산청장에게 소유권 판정 신청을 하여야 한다. <개정 2024.5.7>

② 국가유산청장은 제1항에 따른 소유권 판정 신청을 받으면 법 제18조제2항 및 제19조제1항에 따라 공고한 후 90일이 경과한 날부터 60일 이내에 그 소유권의 존재 여부를 판정하여야 한다. 이 경우 해당 국가유산 전문가, 법률 전문가, 이해관계자 및 관계 기관의 의견을 들어야 한다. <개정 2014.12.30, 2024.5.7>
