무인도서의 보전 및 관리에 관한 법률 시행령 제17조(준공확인)

① 법 제16조제1항에 따라 개발사업계획의 승인을 받은 자는 개발사업계획에 따른 공사를 끝내면 지체 없이 준공보고서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 해양수산부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

② 해양수산부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 준공검사를 한 결과 개발사업이 개발사업계획대로 완료되었다고 인정하는 경우에는 사업시행자에게 준공확인증명서를 발급하고 그 사실을 인터넷과 관보에 공고하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
