Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Conservation and Management of Uninhabited Islands, Article 16 (Minor Changes to Development Project Plans)
법 제16조제5항 단서에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 경미한 사항을 변경하는 때"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우를 말한다.
The "case of changing minor matters prescribed by Presidential Decree" in the proviso of Article 16 (5) of the Act means any of the following cases:
1. 사업기간을 단축하는 경우
1. Where the project period is shortened;
2. 사업면적을 100분의 5의 범위에서 축소하는 경우
2. Where the project area is reduced within 5/100;
3. 승인받은 사항을 관계 법령의 개정 등으로 인하여 불가피하게 변경하는 경우
3. Where approved matters are unavoidably changed owing to amendment of relevant statutes, etc.
