Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Protection and Utilization of Cultural Heritage, Article 49-2 (Reports on Discovery of General Movable Cultural Heritage)

법 제61조의2제1항 및 영 제38조의2제1항에 따라 일반동산문화유산이 발견된 사실을 신고하려는 자는 별지 제81호의2서식의 일반동산문화유산 발견 신고서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 국가유산청장에게 제출해야 한다.
