Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection and Utilization of Cultural Heritage, Article 38-3 (Methods of Proving Ownership or Possession of Structures, etc.)

① 법 제61조의2제3항에서 "역사고증 등 대통령령으로 정하는 방법"이란 다음 각 호의 자료의 전부 또는 일부를 국가유산청장에게 제출함으로써 일반동산문화유산이 발견된 건조물 등을 계속하여 소유 또는 점유(승계하여 소유 또는 점유하는 경우를 포함한다. 이하 이 항에서 같다)하고 있음을 증명하는 방법을 말한다.
