물환경보전법 시행규칙 제78조의5(비점오염저감시설 성능검사 판정의 취소)

법 제53조의3제1항에 따라 비점오염저감시설 성능검사 판정을 받은 자는 법 제53조의4에 따라 성능검사 판정이 취소된 경우에는 제78조의4제3항에 따라 발급받은 비점오염저감시설 성능검사 판정서를 지체 없이 한국환경공단 이사장에게 반납해야 한다.
