Enforcement Rule of the Water Environment Conservation Act, Article 78-4 (Procedures for Performance Tests of Non-Point Pollution Reduction Facilities)

① 법 제53조의3제1항 전단에 따라 성능검사를 받으려는 자 또는 같은 항 후단에 따라 다시 성능검사를 받으려는 자는 별지 제36호의2서식의 비점오염저감시설 성능검사 신청서(전자문서를 포함한다)에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 한국환경공단 이사장에게 제출해야 한다.
