물환경보전법 시행령 제10조(오염총량초과과징금 산정의 방법과 기준)

① 법 제4조의7제1항에 따른 오염총량초과과징금(이하 "오염총량초과과징금"이라 한다)의 구체적인 산정방법과 기준은 별표 1과 같다. <개정 2018.1.16>

② 제1항에 따른 위반횟수는 최근 2년간 법 제4조의6제1항 및 제4항에 따른 조치명령, 조업정지명령 또는 폐쇄명령을 받은 횟수로 하며, 사업장별로 산정한다.
