Enforcement Decree of the Water Environment Conservation Act, Article 4 (Basic Policy on Total Pollutant Load Management)

법 제4조의2제2항에 따른 오염총량관리기본방침(이하 "기본방침"이라 한다)에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
