Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Reduction and Management of Fine Dust, Article 6 (Dismissal of Commissioned Members)

법 제11조제2항에 따른 국무총리인 위원회의 위원장과 대통령이 지명한 위원회의 위원장(이하 "위원장"이라 한다)은 위촉위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해촉(解囑)할 수 있다.
