민사소송법 제190조(공휴일 등의 송달)

①당사자의 신청이 있는 때에는 공휴일 또는 해뜨기 전이나 해진 뒤에 집행관 또는 대법원규칙이 정하는 사람에 의하여 송달할 수 있다.

②제1항의 규정에 따라 송달하는 때에는 법원사무관등은 송달할 서류에 그 사유를 덧붙여 적어야 한다.

③제1항과 제2항의 규정에 어긋나는 송달은 서류를 교부받을 사람이 이를 영수한 때에만 효력을 가진다.
