민사소송법 제305조(국회의원ㆍ국무총리ㆍ국무위원의 신문)

①국회의원 또는 그 직책에 있었던 사람을 증인으로 하여 직무상 비밀에 관한 사항을 신문할 경우에 법원은 국회의 동의를 받아야 한다.
