민사조정법 제38조(「민사소송법」의 준용)

① 조정에 관하여는 「민사소송법」 제51조, 제52조, 제55조부터 제60조까지(제58조제1항 후단은 제외한다), 제62조, 제62조의2, 제63조제1항, 제64조, 제145조, 제152조제2항ㆍ제3항 및 제163조를 준용한다. <개정 2016.2.3, 2020.2.4>

② 이 법에 따른 기일, 기간 및 서류의 송달에 관하여는 「민사소송법」을 준용한다. 다만, 「민사소송법」 제185조제2항, 제187조, 제194조부터 제196조까지의 규정은 제28조에 따라 작성된 조서를 송달하는 경우를 제외하고는 준용하지 아니한다.
