민사집행법 제120조(매각결정기일에서의 진술)

①법원은 매각결정기일에 출석한 이해관계인에게 매각허가에 관한 의견을 진술하게 하여야 한다.

②매각허가에 관한 이의는 매각허가가 있을 때까지 신청하여야 한다. 이미 신청한 이의에 대한 진술도 또한 같다.
