민사집행법 제14조(주소 등이 바뀐 경우의 신고의무)

①집행에 관하여 법원에 신청이나 신고를 한 사람 또는 법원으로부터 서류를 송달받은 사람이 송달받을 장소를 바꾼 때에는 그 취지를 법원에 바로 신고하여야 한다.

②제1항의 신고를 하지 아니한 사람에 대한 송달은 달리 송달할 장소를 알 수 없는 경우에는 법원에 신고된 장소 또는 종전에 송달을 받던 장소에 대법원규칙이 정하는 방법으로 발송할 수 있다.

③제2항의 규정에 따라 서류를 발송한 경우에는 발송한 때에 송달된 것으로 본다.
