민사집행법 제29조(집행문)

①집행문은 판결정본의 끝에 덧붙여 적는다.

(1) An앤 execution엑서큐션 clause클로즈 shall섈 be비 appended어펜디드 at앳 the^ð디 end엔드 of어^v브 the^ð디 authenticated오^θ쎈터케이티드 copy카피 of어^v브 the^ð더 judgment.저지먼트

②집행문에는 "이 정본은 피고 아무개 또는 원고 아무개에 대한 강제집행을 실시하기 위하여 원고 아무개 또는 피고 아무개에게 준다."라고 적고 법원사무관등이 기명날인하여야 한다.
